Terms of Service

Loomin is an AI-assisted content-creation tool that helps you draft, organise, and schedule LinkedIn posts and carousels. We provide the platform; you are responsible for the content you publish.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 30 AI credits. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in euros (€) and exclude any applicable VAT, which will be added where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment details are held by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy. We do not store full card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable consumer law.

EU / EEA consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, email hello@loomin.pro within 14 days of your subscription starting. Where you have already used AI credits, the refund will be reduced proportionally for the service already provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply to trial accounts (no charge to withdraw from).

Account data after termination. After cancellation or account deletion, your generated content and brand data remain accessible within the app for 30 days so you can export anything you need. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Irish tax law.

AI actions consume credits (post = 1, AI image = 3). Credits reset monthly on your billing date (Pro and Enterprise). Trial credits do not reset and expire when the trial ends. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Publish content that violates LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies or Terms of Service — compliance with LinkedIn's rules remains your responsibility when you post content created with Loomin

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI-generated drafts are provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content to LinkedIn or elsewhere.

The Loomin platform, brand, and underlying code are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence to use the Service.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loomin regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
